Sandi D. Milmed, Esquire, graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. While at FSU, Sandi was a Little Sister at Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity, and a member of the Florida State University Flying High Circus. Sandi is an avid sports fan, especially football and baseball, and this passion carries over into her pursuit of her legal endeavors. Sandi, a native of South Florida, has lived and practiced law in the Tampa Bay area for the last 14 years.
Sandi went on to attend Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in January 1998. While at Cooley, she was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, Sports Law Society, and the Rugby Club. She also served as Editor-in-Chief of “The Pillar”, the law school’s newspaper. She earned a Book Award for helping to create the “Criminal Court Rules” for the Chippewa Tribe of Michigan, and achieved Dean’s List in her final trimester.
Sandi was admitted to the Florida Bar in May, 1999, and is currently a member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section, as well as the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. She is a member of the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce, serving as a member of the Military Affairs Council of that organization, and is a proud graduate of the Chamber’s Leadership Brandon class of 2012. She is a past member of the Hillsborough County Bar, as well as the Family Law Section of that organization. She has been a member of the Hillsborough Family Law Inns of Court, and served on the HCBA Family Law Section Executive Council.
